Oak Ridge Lions Scholars for 2007

Our annual Scholarship recipients with their families were our guests at our meeting on March 16. They are pictured with the Education Committee Chairman, Lion Larry Losh. From left to right, they are (1) Jimmye Leigh Smith, who was awarded the Howell Scholarship, and who is going to Pellissippi State with a major in nursing; (2)Nicole Eppolito who is going to the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and has not decided on her major, as yet; (3) Mary Kate Hobbs, who is going to Roane State and will major in the nursing field; and (4) Willie Graham II who has been accepted at Johnson and Wales University but is waiting for a response from an application at Berea and wants to get into Culinary Arts and hopes to own his own restaurant.
